This Privacy Policy explains how TraceWorks LLC ("TraceWorks", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use TraceWorksSpend and our website (collectively, the "Services"). This page is maintained by TraceWorks and describes the practices currently in place.

• Cloud metadata — read-only billing and usage data you choose to connect from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic logs.
• Communications — messages you send us through email or the contact form.

How we use information

We use information to operate the Services, detect cost anomalies, deliver alerts you configure, provide customer support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Data sharing

We share information with subprocessors that host our infrastructure and send communications on our behalf (for example, our cloud hosting provider, email provider, and Slack for alert delivery). Each subprocessor is bound by contract to protect your data.

Security

We use industry-standard controls including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Services at your own risk.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and usage data for the life of your account and for a limited period afterward for legal and operational needs. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@traceworks.io.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
