These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TraceWorks website, TraceWorksSpend product, and related services (the "Services") provided by TraceWorks LLC ("TraceWorks"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You will not (a) violate any law, (b) infringe others' rights, (c) attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services, or (d) use the Services to store or transmit malicious code.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of data you connect to the Services. You grant TraceWorks a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Services. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information using at least the care it uses for its own confidential information.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceWorks' aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
